The next Cherrydale Holiday Market will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2026.

The 5th Annual Cherrydale Holiday Market features vendors selling primarily handmade goods who live in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. In the past, we have had vendors who sell original paintings, art prints, jewelry, hand-poured candles and soaps, homemade dog treats, pottery, greeting cards, and more. In 2o24, we began accepting food vendors.

The Cherrydale Holiday Market is a free, family-friendly, indoor & outdoor holiday market in Arlington, VA featuring local artisans from DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

The 5th Annual

Cherrydale Holiday Market will take place on

Saturday, November 21, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

After celebrating its 4th year in 2024, the Cherrydale Holiday Market (fka the Cherrydale Holiday Art Market) was featured in Arlington Magazine and ARL Now and had 600 attendees. It was established in 2021 by local artist and Arlington resident, Alanna Rivera.

Everything Elsie

I make and sell items using secondhand and upcycled materials. During the holidays, I sell ornaments and holiday decor, as well as seasonal baubles. I also sell other giftable items, like earrings, bracelets, necklaces, handmade stationery, and my signature frankencandles. New for this year, will be a limited supply of upcycled wearables, featuring ice dyed t-shirts and scrunchies, as well as some re-worked clothing and hats.

I create whimsical and nature-inspired handmade polymer clay jewelry often with seasonal themes (e.g. holiday collections). I also offer small items like postcards, stickers, art prints, and bookmarks. Lastly, I also sell original paintings done on traditional and non-traditional surfaces (i.e. canvas as well as small rocks and woodslice ornaments).
